Refund Policy

Effective: September 13, 2026

1. Before we begin

If you request a refund before we have begun researching your audit, you receive a full refund of $149 — no questions asked.

2. Our guarantee

If we research your business and cannot find at least one real, sourced pain signal (a genuine public signal about reachability or missed inquiries), we refund the full $149 and tell you so honestly. You don't have to ask — but if you believe we missed this, email us and we'll make it right.

3. After delivery

The audit is a completed, personalized research product. After delivery, refunds are issued only under the guarantee above or in the case of a duplicate charge.

4. How to request a refund

Email secondringpro@gmail.com from the address used for your order. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
