Terms of Service

Effective: September 13, 2026

1. The service

Second Ring ("we") provides a personalized Missed-Call Revenue Audit: a one-page report about a customer's HVAC or plumbing business, covering the business's listed hours, after-hours contact path, recent reviews mentioning reachability, an estimate of revenue at risk (with the math shown), the strongest public signal found, and three concrete suggested fixes. All research uses public sources only.

2. Price and payment

The audit costs $149 USD, one-time. Payment is collected by card through our secure payment provider before work begins. We do not see or store your full card number.

3. Delivery

Your audit is delivered by email to the address you provide, within 48 hours of payment. If you requested the audit for a business name different from the one on your order, tell us by replying to your confirmation email.

4. Estimates, not guarantees

The audit contains estimates, each labeled as such. Public reviews and listed hours show exposure — where inquiries are likely slipping. Only your own call logs can establish actual lost jobs. We make no guarantee of any specific revenue result, and nothing in the audit is a promise of future business outcomes.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: full refund if requested before we begin research; full refund if we cannot find at least one real, sourced pain signal for your business; after delivery, refunds only for that guarantee or for duplicate charges.

6. Acceptable use

The audit report is prepared for your business's internal use. You may not resell it or present it as your own work product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us ($149 USD).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
